Just learn a new technique how to achieve better focus lighting for small object such as toys. It's not easy to play around with lighting for toys especially when you want to play around with shadows like portrait. But when you know the trick, everything will be easy and lots can be done with it. If, and only if I have a proper lens, I can make it better !

It's weekend at Mos Eisley. Most of the local went out for shopping. To Naboo perhaps. Alone here while guarding the place, why not take a rest.

- Greedo -

Salah satu scene yang digemari dalam A New Hope adalah ketika Han Solo dan Greedo bertemu di Mos Eisley Cantina. Di situ watak Han Solo diperkenalkan dan pada masa itu tiada siapa tahu watak tersebut akan menjadi lagenda hingga sekarang bersama Millenium Falcon. 

Set Lego Mos Eisley Cantina 75205 telah lama saya beli, tahun 2015 kalau tidak silap, cuma akhir tahun 2017 baru saya buka dan brick set tersebut. Haha. Nice set ! Sejujurnya saya lebih suka set Lego Star Wars bagi Episode IV, V dan VI. Somehow saya rasa the scene and the set lebih menarik daripada Star Wars Episode yang baru. Kalau tengok The Force Awaken dan The Last Jedi, hmmm..it's just like tambah baik sedikit sahaja dari design Episode sebelum macam Star Destroyer, Death Star, Stormtrooper dan lain - lain. Kinda errr...boring.

So, macam mana saya dapat scene seperti di atas menggunakan Lego? Here's the set up, simple lighting je.

Guna LED dan Colour Gel tuk dapatkan scene yang lebih menarik, playing with shadow, settle. Haha.

It's been a while I'm away. Lets gear up for 2018 for Lego Photography. As per above, just did a simple set up for so call warm up. Alhamdulillah, I still remember how to make it. Pheww..maybe I need to write a note about the set up, editing, lighting and else. Need to go. Toodles !

Hui ! Lama betul menyepi. Betul - betul terasa blog ni sudah berhabuks. Haha. Rilek rilek, diri ini masih ada. Lama menyepi kerana isteri Enny Nursuliza selamat melahirkan anak kedua kami pada 15 Oktober 2017 jam 3.17 pagi dengan berat 2.9kg di Hospital Shah Alam. Alhamdulillah. So many things to tell yet, it's not the right time because kinda menyesuaikan diri juga dengan kehadiran dua anak ini. Masa memang terasa sangat padat untuk pelbagai aktiviti. Namun syukur padaNya atas amanah ini.

Nama diberi kepada little prince ini Ahmad Sayf Addin membawa maksud Pedang Agama yang baik. 

2 bulan selepas kelahiran, as per today 17 Disember 2017, berat dia dah 5.2kg, membesar dengan sihat walafiat. Haha. Starting yesterday, asyik tersengih je dia. Dunno what so funny. Haha.

Oh, baby dah nangis, stop for a while. Will be back soon with A to Z story of Ahmad Sayf Addin !
